When your process needs a specific solution

Build-to-suit allows a facility to be designed around production, storage, loading and utility requirements. Start with a project brief to review feasibility, scope and commercial conditions. Building 42 (2,500 m²) is currently under construction on campus.

Turnkey industrial real estate

Turnkey Industrial Real Estate, Built to Your Specifications

Standard warehouses do not fit complex manufacturing requirements. PIZFN offers comprehensive Build-to-Suit (BTS) solutions, acting as your Dominican Department of Operations to deliver a facility built exactly to your technical needs.

The PIZFN Build-to-Suit Process:

  • Engineering & Design: Collaborative planning to integrate heavy load flooring, specific clearance heights, custom loading docks, and specialized utility drops.
  • Permitting & Compliance: We handle 100% of the local environmental, construction, and Free Zone Council (CNZFE) permitting.
  • Rapid Delivery: Accelerated construction timelines managed by local experts to ensure you hit your operational launch dates.
  • Capital Efficiency: Long-term leasing structures that keep your capital focused on production, not real estate.
